Shipping Refund

Im trying to get a refund on the shipping I paid due to returning a defective item.  I filed for a claim 8 days ago and it says pending.

I emailed telus a few days ago and still nothing.  Is there a phone number?  Paypal cant help due to it being outsourced.

If Your return request is approved, Your refund will appear in Your PayPal account within 10 business days.
