A private seller on a FB Model Kit group messaged me that by accident he shipped my kit to someone else and shipped that persons kit to me. The incorrect shipment to me is delayed due to USPS issues and is still in the system.
I paid on Dec 5th and the item shipped a few days later. He did not use paypal shipping labels but did ship at his local USPS office and provided tracking
I am curious how to best protect myself in terms of maintaining paypal protection and doing the right thing..
Frankly I am very distrustful at this point
