Hello,
Someone on eBay bought a code from me, but he is now saying that his account was "hacked" and he did not make the purchase. What ground do I have against him, as I only sell digital downloads, there is no delivery to the person, only via eBay message. We do not accept refunds as we cannot check wether the code has been used and cannot risk selling it again. Any help with this case?
Thanks

Add-on:
The buyer said that he was hacked on eBay and did not purchase it, but when filing a dispute straight to PayPal, he only said he had not received the item, although I have sent it to him, twice!
