Basically I had purchased an item and it arrived damaged, disputed it and had to escalate to a case with paypal and eventually I won the case when I sent it back. Now the seller is sending me threatening emails like: **Bleep** you will pay for this. I have your address watch your back...
I am just ignoring these. Anyone can help out? Should I report this to the police?

I am deeply sorry to hear that this happened to you. I am sure that the seller means no harm but, to be sure, I would contact your local Police and I am sure they will advise you on which options are available to you.
