Hi I dont know how but seller wrote North Korea as shipping address so now my parcel is stuck in China for 2-3 weeks now. It went to china the Mongolia and came back to china. I escalated it to paypal for refund about 2 weeks before but i am still waiting for the refund. My case resolution date is keep changing, shoud i just wait or ask for the charge back from bank? My parcel will go back to seller i contacted carrier but they said it could take up to 3 month. I think paypal is waiting for my parcel to be back to seller but i hate to wait any longer

Please do not worry, the dispute case on PayPal will not be open fo rup to 3 months. If we can see that the shipment is not released to you or has been returned to the seller, you will receive an email update from PayPal on the case decision.
