I put an order through for a t shirt for an artist I love; at first with my primary email I couldn't order it but then I put my secondary email and it worked; then I get an email saying it's been cancelled cos I've opened too many disputes against the seller and I'm considered 'high risk' can they do this or are they protecting their own back?

But you had no opportunity to open a dispute in your transactions with this merchant so far?
Some merchants do have access to advanced fraud filters so they can block certain transactions.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

@sharpiemarker They cancelled the order before it was dispatched; I had no reason to open one prior to this; its always been for genuine reasons I've opened disputes for such as it's not arrived before I was charged (I use pay after delivery) etc
