I’ve bought and paid for an item and it shows in my purchases as paid and has been deducted from my card. However, it’s been 4 days and no despatch and the seller ignores my messages, looking at their feedback they’ve never shipped an item and have been reported for the same issue I’m experiencing. When I try to cancel eBay won’t allow me to as it says its unpaid even though it’s showing as paid, PayPal show it as ‘pending’ but the money has been debited from my bank account - any ideas what I can do, all the eBay suggestions are ‘contact seller’ which I’ve tried many times. The seller claims to ship within 2 days of payment, 4 days on, it’s not been despatched and the seller ignores my messages and has never actually shipped anything to anyone and previous buyers feedback reflects my own experience, in fact for the same product!
