I escalated a dispute to a claim on June 20th and it said that PayPal had contacted the seller and the seller had until June 30 to respond at which point PayPal will make it's ruling on the claim. It is now July 9th and there has been no further progress or update. So why hasn't PayPal made it's ruling or updated me?
It is for an item not received. I ordered the item on May 25th and it is July 9th and I still haven't gotten the item and the seller could provide no tracking to me at all when I first disputed.
