Seller Playing Games With Me

I ordered a product from a seller for my daughter. It did not ship for weeks (ordered and paid for 2/28), and I did not get any real answers from the seller directly. So I opened a PayPal claim for no shipment received. Well, I soon received the product, but in the WRONG SIZE (medium instead of small), which does not fit her.

I added these details to my initial PayPal claim, but I feel like they were unread, as the claim was denied today (4/29) because "the seller provided proof of shipment." Yes. Yes they did. For the wrong item. They got PayPal off their back and kept my money. But they sent me the wrong item.

I cannot appeal the claim, it is officially closed by PayPal. But can I open a new claim for this reason (wrong size)? A lot of time has now gone by, and either want the right size or I want my money back. I am not happy with the service this seller is providing, and will definitely avoid them in the future.

Thanks in advance.

Contact customer service for assistance to appeal and change the claim reason to Significantly not as described because order arrived in the interim of the claim and was sent the wrong size:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

If PayPal won't budge, and you paid with credit card, call your card issuer to dispute the charge.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
