Seller Closed Case as Resolved Before I Got To Respond

I ordered clothing online and when received them, they are significantly not as described. Lodged a case with PayPal, communicated with seller via resolution centre for refund. Seller closed the case as resolved before I got to respond. Now I cannot do anything and PayPal totally not reachable!!
