Hi there,
Just wondering how I should deal with scammers charging back saying they did recieve the item when I did deliver it to them and at a good standard. I believe paypal backs up buyers alot more than sellers and is quite biased.

The only way paypal can know if an item has been received by a buyer or not is if the seller provides a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyers paypal registered address.
You don't have to send trackable but its at your risk if you don't and not the buyers.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
