My friend scammed me on paypal and I didn’t see a dispute opened until it was too late. He gave me some story about someone stealing his credit card but that doesn’t make sense because how would they get his PayPal credentials. Now he isn’t responding to my texts. What do I do? The dispute is closed and I’m in debt 145$.
