Yes, I was scammed by "**bleep**ou (sz) Tech co.,limited". I made a purchase from Instagram on 18th Aug for a complete mini tabletop saw and they send me just the blade. I've opened a case but the resolution date has been moved 4 times from 28th Aug, 2nd Sep, 10th Sep and now to 14th Sep. I'm wondering if somebody in PayPal is working with them to help them wiggle through the PayPal refund process. I only use credit card now with PayPal because of sellers like this.... and the buyer protection isn't guaranteed. What happened to you sylvia40?
