A while back I was a victim of a couple of scams - an operator in China used real kickstarter videos but inserted a link to their site at the end. I paid for two high quality electronic music items but what arrived were two very low quality bluetooth speakers. I have been through the resolution process, had to return the items (at extra cost to me) and have had the claim rejected by Paypal. I'm really disappointed by this - I thought Paypal offered a level of fraud protection but in my case, they seem to be supporting the fraudster rather than the customer.
Can anyone help me? I can't find a way of taking this further, I can't even find a useful way of contacting someone in Paypal to complain
