Hi, I bought an NBA jersey from Nbaonlinejerseys.shop
They sent me a tracking number.
The item I received was a tiny package of a kid's necklace.
They will not answer any of my emails, and cannot contact them in any way.
I cannot contact Paypal in any way.
I believe it is scam.
Anything I can do?
