Scammed.

At January I received a donation on twitch. I was excited at first because it was my first donation. The amount was only £1.00. He later sent 3 others with the same amount. Now last month I had to refund that payment but i was unable due to not having enough money. Now I don’t know why this happened but in the end I was -59.71. He claimed that he ‘never bought the product’ . I am unable to pay this money and I don’t see how 4 pounds turned to -59. If I left the payment what would they do? Is this some sort of scam?

You have no seller protection for virtual / digital items sold so that would explain why you lost any dispute.

As for the larger amount being taken i have no idea your best bet is to phone customer services to see why.....

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
