Can anyone help me with this.
I have bought a Balenciaga City bag on Ebay. The seller said it was authentic.
I first bought and paid for a second hand Balenciaga City in red that was 220 + 15 euro's sending fees, it was missing the mirror and the strap, hence the price.
I changed my mind, contacted the seller and asked him for a complete Balenciaga with strap and mirror. He said ok, and asked me to pay extra , so I paid + 260 euro's. That's almost 500 in total for a bag.
I got the bag today. It's not authentic. It has a tag inside that says made in Korea!
I contacted Ebay's help center to file a complaint. At the end of the conversation they said that I should contact pay pal...
Has anyone dealt with something like this?
