Scammed and Paypal asked for no info

I was scammed by a company advertising on facebook. They advertised a much more expensive product than I received. I pre warned Paypal that I think this might be the case. I gave them info but all the scammer sent was tracking info that seemed to satisfy Paypal. What else can I do? I had emails showing two different items from the seller but Paypal asked for nothing.

Did you file a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described?

Only paypal would not close an item received but not as described dispute just because tracking showed it as delivered !!

Hi

I explained that what was delivered was not what was advertised and was a far cheaper product. I also sent another email explaining what they did but all they did was send tracking info and that was all paypal went on.
