Limited account

Last week my account was limited, after sending relevant documents it was put back, this morning 2 work mates paid me some cash back in (one of then decided to put a rude sexual note on the transaction the idiot) now my account has been limited again, is this normal or just coincidence 😂

PayPal's internal security system is highly sensitive so it best not to put stuff like that on a payment's note field. lol I would imagine security system analyzes the notes for any thing suspicious or unusual. 😊
