I'm sorry to hear your transaction didn't turn out as expected. An unauthorized dispute can only be approved if we can determine someone else logged into your PayPal account to make the transaction. If you received an item that is significantly different from what you were expecting, then a Significantly Not as Described case would be the most beneficial. To see if you're able to appeal and discuss your return shipping refund, I recommend contacting Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
