Hello, I have a rather complex problem. I was stupidly robbed. I won the instagram competition for shoes and they wanted money for transportation, but since I sent the money they have blocked me.

If you paid using goods/services then open a dispute for non receipt of item.

If you paid via friends/family then sadly nothing you can do about it.
