SCAMM or FRAD

Hi I need help on this matter. Just made a transaction through Facebook for a Dewalt combo kit for $66 dollars. Price was too good to be true. After paying the individual by PayPal I notice the message between me and the sellar was deleted only from the messages that the sellar typed. Tried to contact the seller by Facebook and I get the message this profile is unavailable. I call my credit card company for a dispute. I strongly feel like the seller is scamming or trying to commit fraud against me. Was told that I would get tracking information once the item is shipped. Made the purchase on 7/19 and it's 7/26 and still no tracking information. The seller informed me to use WHATSAPP for communication purposes and I still have the conversation between us. Need advice on what to do next. Thanks.

Sadly Paypal can do nothing for you if you have already gone to your credit card issuer.

You must choose whether to pursue a dispute with PayPal under PayPal Buyer Protection, or to pursue the dispute with your card issuer. You can't do both at the same time or seek a double recovery. If you pursue a dispute/claim with us and you also pursue a dispute for the same transaction with your card issuer, we'll close your dispute/claim with us. This won't affect the dispute process with your card issuer. In addition, if you pursue a dispute with your card issuer, you cannot pursue a dispute/claim with us later.
