I made an online purchase of some masks from a company called "shinytale". They were on Facebook so I assumed they were legitimate. I placed my order on April 5, 2020 and paid $49.95 through Paypal. As of today, I have not received my order, and their website has disappeared completely. At last check, they were still on Facebook. Has anyone else had a problem with this "company"?
