Hello, My name is Dimitri. I would like to issue a refund. I ordered a hat from the website, HatVat. I emailed wondering when will I get my order. No response. Turns it might be a scam website. Judging by the reviews on the website. I used my mastercard. But I was never signed up for paypal but I ordered it through paypal. Today I just signed up so I can figure out a way to resolve this. I purchased this hat on December 6, 2018. I payed 24.96 plus a 'Foreign Transaction Fee', which was an extra 0.74. But it appears that there isn't any history of me ordering this. NEED HELP.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US. Have your receipt number from the PayPal email for the purchase to file a dispute for Item Not Received. Your second option would be to contact your credit card issuer to file a dispute or your through your card's online account.
