I ordered as advertised on Facebook, a bird feeder, that had a spinning attachment at the bottom to deter squirrels getting into the bird feeder. It arrived, damaged, and without the attachment as advertised. I have told Pay Pal, but they still went with the seller, as verifying that delivery was made, and not the fact that I reported to them, that what was received was not complete. How can Pay Pal justify going with the seller, based on the information I have given them. With exchange and every thing it was close to $35.00, which I have lost. I only wanted the missing part sent to me, but even so, the cheap plastic tubing used in the bird feeder was crushed and I could not use it anyway.
