Raised a dispute because of the trash they sent me after I paid £70. PayPal instructed me to return items for a refund. I did do at a further cost of £24 and provided proof of postage so now £94 out of pocket . No refund and PayPal closed the case stating I didn’t provide proof of postage yet I did with tracking from Royal Mail. I have been well and truly ripped off for nearly a £100. Disgusting that PayPal closed my case and I have no refund especially as the extra £24 I spent to rerun the boots was at PayPal’s instruction
