I posted a camera for sale and chose US only. I then find out the winner of my item was in Brazil. I was advised I can have him pay extra for shipping and make this work. It mailed on March 15 and was sitting there until it was recently delivered on June 24. https://track.aftership.com/brazil-correios/EZ177987336US? The buyer was refunded his money and now has the camera. Sadly, he didn't contact me to repay what he owes. Any advice?

If a dispute was opened for this refund, contact customer service to appeal with the delivery information, perhaps they'll give you a courtesy refund. Otherwise, you can send a PayPal invoice for the buyer to pay but no guarantee they'll pay. They can't be forced to. Brazilian Post is notorious for drawn out delivery times. Stick to your plan, that is conceived to protect yourself, whatever it may be and you'd still have your item to sell on another day. If this sale took place on eBay, you could have canceled as "Problem with buyer address" so you wouldn't get a defect.

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
