Returns during this crisis period

I've received notice to return an item for credit but it must be sent by 3/28 -- 10 days from now, but our county has required that all residents stay indoors.  Will paypal allow a delay in return shipping.  Thanks.

Thank you for taking time out in using Community Forum as your means of communication with PayPal as our phone lines are currently closed due to unavoidable circumstance brought about by this pandemic Corona Virus (COVID19). Based on my understanding your concern is if will there be an extension with regards to returning the item back to the seller, am i right?  Well as for this moment what i can advise is to look for couriers who could pick the item, i heard FedEx is doing that options you could try to contact them or any couriers near you that could do a pick up of the item for shipping.
