Hi there. I have question about one myncase which is still open PayPal been challenged with seller who sale me broken watch. In final looks like they agreed to sent them item back to Chaina. But, PayPal waiting when Ill download tracking number which mean that I have to pay for postage, question is- do I need to pay for returning Item iif Item will be sent only because is fake, broken watch. Or I need to pay and they they will add that amount to my full refund money?
Wait and see what paypal say as they 'may' exempt you from a return, BUT if they say you have to return it then have you activated the link to make sure you can claim back some or all of those return costs?
Can't give you the link as you have not said what country you are in so go and activate it in your paypal account or go to the fAQ and put in return shipping.
