Restriction Questions

I received an email from PayPal saying my account has restrictions, and asked me to verify several questions.  I was able to do all but 3.  One transaction didn't seem correct.  They also asked for proof of shipping a transaction, and I can't print a shipping label without being able to use PayPal.

The last question asked for proof of purchases from my supplier.  I don't have a supplier, as I am selling things that I have collected through the years.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
