Why does it take so long for PayPal to resolve issues when a seller provides the WRONG items that have been paid for?

Think paypal is inundated with claims at the moment from those that have bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads.

So all claims are being pushed back until they get around to your turn in the queue unfortunately.
