I was asked to return merchandise that I have never received in order to receive a refund. I had reported the problem of no merchandise received and waited PayPal’s resolution. This was the resolution from PayPal. Makes absolutely no sense.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
