I can't submit my tracking information, it keeps failing. Ive tried to contact Paypal by telephone, online message and email. No response. They have given me until 31st July. Whats the point of a deadline if they are impossible to contact. I don't want to lose out on my refund but PayPal are been awful. What do I do?
