Resolution center respond not working- The conversation I had open about a dispute has been close so I can’t add to it. I got sent a message that they’re suggesting a partial refund but they need to hear from me. I click on respond the whole screen goes white and nothing ever happens. I let it sit there for 10 minutes in case their network was slow and nothing. It says if they don’t hear back for me in three days they will decide how to handle things. I just want to let them know I’m fine with a partial refund since I got one of the two items I ordered.
