Resolution center problem

Hi

I have a claim in the resolution center that I need to respond to.

BUT when I respond to the claim, the page loads, then comes back and says " Please try again, Something went wrong on our end "

What can I do ?

If its at the dispute stage you can add comments, once its a claim you can't add anything more unless paypal requests it.
