Resolution center not working

I have open a dispute and the case was closed an hour after, when I tried to view the case, it says the resolution center is not working, been like that for three days, anybody knows what's happening, Paypal doesn't answer.

Would help if you said which dispute you opened and whether you or paypal closed it?
