Nothing is working, not the chats, phone line number, resolution, escalate.. NOTHING. I found a purchase i made was fraudulent because what i purchased isnt on the site. The receipt says pending authorization and for clothing. I've gone to the site and it's a completely different page than the original, the product doesnt exist and my account that I created doesnt exist. Its $98 purchase and I want my money refunded and to turn in site. I need help asap PLEASE & THANK YOU Amber
