Resolution Date keeps changing

Order placed 11/27. I filed a dispute beginning 12/13 and officially escalated it on 12/16. Since then every time I check the status PP has a later date to expect my resolution. Meanwhile I cancelled my order before it shipped because it was so late, the seller sent anyway, it still hasn’t arrived, I no longer need/can use the items ordered. Of course from China. I just want my refund processed.

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
