about a month ago I placed an order (tracking number details via seller correspondence in paypal) by tracking the parcel the item has been returned to sender due to incorrect or insufficient address details and recently checking the tracking number the item has now been returned to the seller, in which PAYPAL have FULL details of the tracking number provided by the seller but for some reason the seller and PAYPAL seem to not care at all that I require the item ordered over a month ago, or simply refund so I can get it elsewhere. How to proceed from here when BOTH PAYPAL and SELLER are not communicative?

I have just received confirmation from the parcel tracker that the seller has indeed received the parcel back. Any reason the seller and paypal (dispute still open) are not motivated to proceed with resolving the situation. Kinda losing hope with PAYPALdelivered portugal.PNG

I believe the Seller - has No Control Over any Delays, which You may be having with PayPal.
Just my Opinion.

I've ordered some fabric on May 14th from China- which has not arrived.

I filed a Dispute with PayPal for Item Not Received on Aug.26th (3 1/2 Months)
the Seller also Submitted the Tracking Information on Aug. 26th....
But PayPal, Keeps Pushing the Date Forward (Aug 31/Sept 3/ Sept 9/ Sept. 12th)..for a Resolution.. but I don't see any NEW Information

I'm tired of Having My MONEY TIED UP.. (For Various Reasons) and being Short Changed Sometimes by PayPal - Because they have been Keeping Conversion Fees - Though Sometimes items are Ordered in My Own Country, and I Believe Therefore Should Not be Subject to a Conversion Free!

Now with this Pandemic You Can't even get a REAL PERSON.
