This morning I got notification of a payment gone out of my PayPal and i was shocked to see because I didnt made that payment. Not long after, perhaps few seconds another transaction, same amount, same account... another £18.85 gone,... all in all in no time 5 transactions of £18.85 from seller;

I was looking at the ways to freeze my account but couldn't find anything and in the end i removed my bank card etc, i couldn't remove last one as it has to be one card there.
I DIDNT DO THIS TRANSACTION - so i raised concern about this transaction and reported as unauthorised transaction. And guess what i got from PayPal -

This is awful, what can i do from here, i can see notifications saying:
Preauthorization £18.85 GBP On 25 January 2021, £18.85 GBP was preauthorized for a purchase on your card xx-<removed>. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day. I DIDNT DO THIS TRANSACTION, how I can escalate this further? this is very bad and I am very upset about paypal. God knows what is done here and PayPal response is disgusting!
