Resolution Centre - Error: "We're sorry, something went wrong"

I have a case in the resolution centre where I need to respond, however when I do there is an error. I fill out my response etc. but when I submit it an error message is displayed.

I have the exact same issue. And support center is closed so I can't call, all I can do is wait on the message center.

I've tried different devices, different browsers and cleared cache and cookies. Nothing works. My account will stay limited I guess :(.

That’s what I did. I managed to resolve it through messages. It did take a while though.

I managed to sort it out by contacting customer support through messages. It took 3 days for a reply though.
