I sent money to China for a part, and never received the part, a different part was sent to a complete stranger to me with my name on the invoice but the recipient name on the delivery address. The seller never answered my e-mails, not once. Paypal denied my case. How could they? The part I paid for was never shown to have been delivered to me!

What a joke! I will never use Paypal again. This was after actually TALKING to someone at Paypal!

Fortunately, it was only for $67 dollars. It makes a joke of the "Resolution Center". I hope you guys never need to use it!!!!

I am trying to get in touch with someone about the 5$ refund I was offered and then when I denied that offer because I was thinking that I should get a full refund because I had not received the item I had bought.  Well now I am offered a full refund but I have to mail the item back to them in China.  Well its not worth it, it costs almost what I paid to mail back to china and I only get my money back when they say they received it back.  Well the item was last mailed from Washington state but I for some reason have to mail it back to China.  No thanks I will just not purchase crap online anymore thinking that PayPal has my back if there is a problem.  

I ordered on November 28 and received my item on mid January and it was nowhere close to what I had ordered.  It came from Online Seller in Washington but I am responsible for mailing back to China! No thank you.
