I've bought a set of refurbished car seats and I was speaking to the guy on the phone and he recommended paying friends and family so I stupidly went with it and I was just wondering if I need to request a refund will I be able? He has provided in writing that if the seats aren't delivered by a certain date that I can get a refund, will paypal provide a refund given that he has put it in writing and agreed to it? I have the whole conversation in messages too
