Request refund as a guest

I made a purchase recently as a guest (I had another card I wanted to use). The goods have arrived but are significantly not as described- one item is a totally different style and colour so is not a matching set. I have contacted to seller (a company) who refuse to help. How do I open a dispute to request a refund as a guest? Every post I have read says call PayPal customer services but I can’t, they aren’t open due to coronavirus. It then says send an email but when I click on that, it does not show me an email address. I have contacted citizens advice who say I am entitled to a refund as the sellers description did not match the items I received.I have contacted the credit card company to file a chargeback, who tell me I have to go through PayPal.
