Hope all is well and that you and your family is safe amidst this crisis. Regarding your pre approved payment subscription, is the cancellation already past the billing date then chances are you will get billed, and if not, then you will not get billed, but base on my understanding on your post is that you are still waiting for the reply of your termination request, am i right? I may suggest that you immediately contact our customer service and have that cancel on your PayPal account to avoid getting billed. All you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.
