Removing credit card from limited paypal

Hello

My paypal got limited last year, and after 180days i withdrawn my money and now i choose to remove my credit card for my security reasons and i get an error removing it, please can somone tell me how to delete it??

Sadly you can't. Paypal freeze any bank accounts / cards to prevent you being tempted to try and open another paypal account with them again.

well thats so wrong, cant i just talked to them and remove it for my security? im not using pp anymore i just want my cc out of the account that i wont use anymore, does the account can be deleted?

Unfortunately you can't, paypal limit your account to stop you removing it and being tempted to use it on another paypal account against their rules.
