Remove debit card from limited Paypal account (180 days already over) (unfair limitation)

Hi, I need help.

So some back story on how my account got limited: I live in a house with roommates. One of them (let's call him person X) doing some business with Paypal. One day his account got limited because he didn't respond to a refund on time. But Paypal decided to go a little further and limit all the accounts on the same address or IP. My other roommate and I got our accounts also limited even though we didn't do business with Paypal. My other roommate didn't even use Paypal (just for buying stuff online with his card linked to Paypal).

I've contacted Paypal for the limitation but couldn't resolve anything. They said they couldn't do anything because of some regulations or something. I still had money in the account but not a lot so it was fine. The only thing that bugged me is that I couldn't use Paypal anymore as a payment method. My other roommate too. Person X did provide the information saying that we weren't involved but that didn't work either.

Fast forward 180 days later. I withdraw the money that was left on my Paypal. Then I tried to remove my debit card from it. But as you know, that isn't possible. I've read some posts saying that that is also in the regulations of Paypal with limited accounts. BUT THE THING IS. It is unfair! Now I can't use Paypal anymore, even though I didn't do anything. Just because we live on the same address, somehow we are all affiliated with person X.

Is there some way to fix this? Can I contact them to ask them to just let this slip through the fingers if I explain that I wasn't affiliated with him? They can check my transactions, right? My other roommate literally didn't have any money on his Paypal. He just used it as a payment method.

Some info is appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Thanks for responding.

I am aware that I can contact them as I have mentioned in my post. But from the beginning, they wouldn't undo my limitation after I explained to them that I have been unrightfully limited because of my roommate. And for the time being: contact hours in my country is only from Monday till Friday. I am not concerned about that though.

What I like to know is what I should say to them? How can I explain to them that I didn't violate any Paypal's agreements but that I got limited because of my roommate? I'll be contacting them either way. I just want to gather more information on how I can resolve this problem efficiently. I've read a post that said that limited account can't remove their debit card or open new Paypal account after being limited for 180 days.

Again thank you in advance.
