I ordered a sweater online (company is in Los Angeles area) paid with PayPal. Received a confirmation. Then nothing. PayPal charges were for tuition/fee by “analyst school”. I cancelled the order and ask for refund. Heard nothing. Filed claim. Contacted them again thru FB. Nothing. Escalated claim later. Got refunded. Then seller sent tracking number- which didn’t work. Yesterday I receive a tracking number, and yes, it’s being drop shipped from China almost 4 weeks later! I’d like to refuse the package/will not accept it. Can the company re-charge my PayPal saying they did deliver? Like I said I don’t want free merchandise but I also won’t pay, again.
