Hello, I have refused delivery of a product due to the import charges exceeding the value of the goods. I asked the seller in advance what I should do, they advised this and said the parcel would be returned and they would refund me once it arrived. Now they have decided to have it destroyed and are not prepared to refund me. Please advise me further. Thank you
