Refund

My mom ordered a keyboard off a website that had a "clearance" on them and the website redirected it to make my mom pay 80 dollars to someone on paypal and im trying to get a refund but i cant because i need the "product" from the person to send back to get a full refund or I can't and the case is closed

You aren't asked to return an item you have not received so did you open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described???
